Traveler Etiquette
- Maintain good hygiene. All passengers must travel clean and presentable. You must wear clean clothes, shirts with sleeves, and proper footwear. Passengers under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will not be allowed to travel. Due to the enclosed environment of our vehicles, the close proximity of seats, and the length of our trips, passengers with strong odors of any kind will not be allowed to travel. Be sure to use enough deodorant, especially in summer. Keep your feet down at all times, legs together to avoid taking up space from other seats, and do not remove your shoes.
- Avoid loud conversations; speak in a quiet and discreet voice. This applies not only to conversations with your companions, but also to mobile phone calls.
- Food and drinks are not allowed onboard. Things can get messy quickly. Save your snacks until you get off the shuttle.
- Cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing, and try to turn away from people when possible. The common practice is to sneeze or cough into your elbow, not your hand.
- If listening to music with headphones, lower the volume as it may be audible to other passengers.
- We reserve the right to allocate the most accessible seats to people who truly need them. This includes young children, pregnant women, seniors, and people with disabilities. Please be thoughtful and courteous to those who need these seats. Note that we do not charge extra for selective seating, so company staff always has the final say on who occupies the accessible seats.
- If you see something, say something. While it’s not always a good idea to confront rude passengers for personal safety reasons, please be sure to report any concerning incidents to our drivers or company staff.
- Respect your driver and company staff. Do not distract your driver from the road or from safely operating the vehicle. Saying 'thank you' is always a kind gesture.
- No one likes being left behind, so you are required to check in for your trip on time (1 hour before departure). Please note that drivers are instructed to leave on time. Luggage check-in will close exactly 30 minutes before departure. Passengers who arrive late will not be allowed to board, to ensure drivers stay within legal service hours and as a courtesy to punctual passengers.
- Do not litter. Everything you bring onto the shuttle should leave with you. Take your trash with you and dispose of it properly in a trash or recycling bin.
- Do not damage company property. This includes scratching windows, destroying seats, graffiti, or peeling off stickers or information labels with your fingers.
