Las Vegas Shuttles offers an office-to-office package delivery service. Packages are sent as cargo on any of our daily passenger trips with available space. You can call (+17026420007) for information about our shipping schedules.

Customers are responsible for sending their items in secure and proper packaging. Our company will not be held responsible for any damages caused by improper packaging during transit. We reserve the right to refuse service if the packaging does not meet the minimum protection criteria.

Customers must declare the value of the package contents at the time of payment.
Customers must retrieve their packages immediately upon arrival at their destination. The office will retain the package for up to (3) days, after which the package will be sent back to the origin location. Las Vegas Shuttles is not responsible for unclaimed packages after the defined period mentioned above.

Package insurance, if purchased, only covers total loss of the package, not partial loss. A total loss claim may take up to 30 days to process. Claims exceeding $150.00 for lost packages that can be verified with evidence of negligence by the company will not be accepted and must be supported by valid customer identification and a purchase order.

Rates and travel schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
The carrier does not guarantee departure or arrival times, nor is it responsible for delays caused by traffic, road or weather conditions, or breakdowns.

1. Package from 1 to 20 pounds: $ 20.00
2. Package over 20 pounds: $ 20.00 + $ 1.00 per extra pound
