General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Last updated: 10/15/2023
- Introduction
- General Provisions
- Contractual Relationship
When you purchase a ticket from Las Vegas Shuttles, you enter into a contract with Las Vegas Shuttles for that purchase and agree to be bound by its terms. The terms of your contract are set forth in: (i) your ticket and (ii) these Terms and Conditions of Purchase ('Terms').
Trips marketed and sold by Las Vegas Shuttles are operated by independent Shuttle/Bus Operators. We will identify the Shuttle/Bus Operator during the booking process, in your booking confirmation, and on your ticket. You may also learn the identity of the Shuttle/Bus Operator by contacting Las Vegas Shuttles through any of the communication channels listed in the Contact Us section below.
Shuttle/Bus Operators may have different terms and conditions applicable to the travel on the vehicles they operate, and these may be obtained directly from the Shuttle/Bus Operator. In cases of conflict between these Terms and the conditions of a Shuttle/Bus Operator related to the purchase of a ticket, the more restrictive terms and conditions shall prevail.
Las Vegas Shuttles and the Shuttle/Bus Operators will not refuse to provide transportation based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, or ancestry.
- Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Las Vegas Shuttles may modify these Terms at any time, except where prohibited by law. Your purchases are governed by the Terms in effect on the date you purchased your ticket and on the date of travel. Las Vegas Shuttles reserves the right to apply the Terms retroactively when reasonably necessary for operational reasons and when the change in the Terms does not have a materially negative impact on you.
No representative of Las Vegas Shuttles or the Shuttle/Bus Operator, including employees and ticket sales agents, has the authority to waive, modify, or alter any provision of these Terms unless authorized in writing by a corporate officer of Las Vegas Shuttles or an authorized designee.
- Shuttle/Bus Operator(s) May Change After Booking
Las Vegas Shuttles may substitute or change Shuttle/Bus Operators as required by its operations at its sole discretion. It is recommended to contact Las Vegas Shuttles near the date and time of your trip to confirm the name of your Shuttle/Bus Operator.
- Purchase
- Ticket Purchase
- Booking Confirmation
When you purchase ticket(s) through Las Vegas Shuttles, you will receive a confirmation (by email, mobile app, or printed document) with the details of your confirmed travel booking(s). It is your responsibility to verify that all information in the booking confirmation is accurate.
- Use of Vouchers
Las Vegas Shuttles may offer two types of vouchers:
- Credit Vouchers: This type of voucher has a defined monetary value (e.g., a $30 voucher) that provides the customer with a set price reduction on a specific purchase, credited up to the amount of the voucher. This type of voucher can be redeemed for both the ticket fare and any additional fees (such as service charges, bicycle or luggage surcharges, etc.).
- Discount Vouchers: This type of voucher provides the customer with a set percentage discount on the ticket purchase price (e.g., a 30% off voucher) or a free ticket. This type of voucher can only be redeemed for the ticket fare. Additional fees (such as service charges, bicycle or luggage surcharges, etc.) cannot be paid with this type of voucher.
A maximum of one (1) voucher can be redeemed per purchase. Vouchers can only be redeemed online or at physical ticket sale locations (such as a shuttle/bus terminal, a physical ticket office, a ticket kiosk, etc.).
Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, check, or credit.
Credit and Discount Vouchers are limited to three (3) vouchers per person during each marketing campaign. If a person improperly redeems more than three (3) vouchers from the same campaign, Las Vegas Shuttles may, at its sole discretion, cancel any additional trips purchased using the improperly redeemed vouchers.
Vouchers issued free of charge as part of marketing activities or as a goodwill gesture can only be used for a single purchase. Upon completing a purchase where this type of voucher was applied, the voucher will be considered expired unless it is a Credit Voucher with a remaining balance. In cases where there is a remaining balance on a Credit Voucher, the remaining balance may be used for future purchases, up to the voucher's expiration date.
Las Vegas Shuttles is never obligated to pay the outstanding or remaining balance of any voucher.
Resale of vouchers is prohibited. Las Vegas Shuttles may block or cancel any ticket purchase where a resold voucher is used or attempted to be used. Furthermore, if a voucher is stolen (or otherwise improperly acquired, transferred, or redeemed), Las Vegas Shuttles may also block or cancel any ticket purchase where such vouchers are used or attempted to be used.
A voucher may have additional or more specific terms and conditions applicable to its use. In cases of conflict between these Terms and any specific terms and conditions for a voucher, the specific voucher terms and conditions shall prevail.
- Ticket Purchases at Staffed Sales Offices
Ticket purchases made at staffed sales offices (such as sales agencies, ticket counters, and customer service locations) may incur a service fee to complete a purchase or cancel a ticket (“Service Fee”). Additionally, staffed sales offices may offer special fares from time to time.
- Prohibited Booking Practices
All bookings made by customers must be for actual passengers, with their consent, who intend to travel on all legs of each reserved journey. Accordingly, Las Vegas Shuttles and the Shuttle/Bus Operators prohibit fraudulent, fictitious, duplicate, and impossible/illogical bookings (collectively, “Prohibited Booking Practices,” or individually a “Prohibited Booking Practice”), all of which violate these Terms, including but not limited to:
- Completing a booking using a payment method obtained illegally, such as a stolen credit or debit card;
- Obtaining or using another customer's booking ID (without that customer's knowledge or consent) to fraudulently cancel their ticket booking(s) and claim the Cancellation Voucher;
- Purchasing a ticket without the intention of traveling or without intending to complete all legs of the reserved journey;
- Booking a ticket on behalf of someone without that person's consent; and
- Booking duplicate or impossible/illogical trips, such as multiple trips for the same passenger around the same time (i.e., trips a passenger could not physically complete), multiple trips for the same passenger departing from the same city on the same date, or any multiple booking containing conflicting or overlapping itineraries (e.g., departures for the same passenger from multiple cities at the same time).
If Las Vegas Shuttles or the Shuttle/Bus Operators detect that a customer is engaging in any Prohibited Booking Practice(s), then, without prior notice to the customer, Las Vegas Shuttles and the Shuttle/Bus Operators reserve the right to take any of the following actions (all of which may be carried out through automated means or processes):
- Cancel any such ticket reservation and/or any misused voucher related to that reservation;
- Deny refunds for any such ticket reservation;
- Prevent or blacklist the customer from making future reservations with or through Las Vegas Shuttles and/or the Shuttle/Bus Operators.
- Payments and Vouchers
Tickets can be purchased using various payment methods, depending on the booking site:
- Online/App bookings: credit/debit cards (VISA/MasterCard/Amex/Discover/JCB), Google Pay, Apple Pay
- At terminal offices and sales agencies: All payment options offered by the terminal/agency. Cash is always accepted.
Special conditions for credit card payments:
- If payment is made by credit card, the customer's account will be charged at the end of the booking process. By paying with a credit card, the customer instructs their financial institution at the time of booking to provide Las Vegas Shuttles or an authorized third party, in the case of a chargeback, with the customer's full name and full address, so that Las Vegas Shuttles can assert its claims against the customer.
- Passengers are required to pay any bank fees incurred in connection with a chargeback related to a credit card payment. Cancellation fees may also apply. Passengers will be given the opportunity to demonstrate that the chargeback incurred little or no cost. In case of chargebacks, customers may be temporarily or permanently banned from making credit card payments.
After unsuccessful collection attempts by Las Vegas Shuttles, claims may be forwarded to an external service provider for further processing. For this purpose, Las Vegas Shuttles may transfer all necessary personal data of the debtor to the external service provider.
Voucher redemption:
- A maximum of one voucher can be redeemed per booking. Vouchers can only be redeemed online, through our offices, or affiliated agencies. Vouchers with a monetary value, known as 'credit vouchers', may be redeemed for the entire cart. Discount vouchers with a percentage value or free ticket vouchers may only be redeemed against the ticket fare. Additional services (e.g., service fees, surcharges for extra weight) cannot be paid using these types of vouchers.
- In voucher campaigns run by Las Vegas Shuttles as part of marketing activities, acquisition and use of vouchers are limited to three vouchers per person. If a person redeems more than three vouchers from the same campaign, Las Vegas Shuttles may cancel all bookings beyond the first three tickets. This rule may be waived as part of special promotions.
- Vouchers issued free of charge in the context of marketing activities or as a goodwill gesture will expire after the first booking is completed or after two months from the date of issuance.
- Commercial use and, in particular, resale of vouchers is not permitted and will be penalized by Las Vegas Shuttles through ticket suspension and/or claims for damages.
- Cash payment of any remaining balance on a voucher is excluded.
- In cases of fraud, attempted deception, or suspected illegal activity related to the purchase, redemption, or transfer of a gift voucher, Las Vegas Shuttles reserves the right to close the corresponding customer account and/or require an alternative payment method and/or suspend the voucher. There is no entitlement to approval or redemption of the affected voucher.
- In cases of fraud, attempted deception, or suspected illegal activity related to the purchase, redemption, or transfer of a gift voucher, Las Vegas Shuttles reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchased wholly or partly using such a voucher.
Pricing campaigns
The number of discounted tickets that can be purchased under pricing campaigns carried out by Las Vegas Shuttles as part of its marketing activities is limited to three tickets per person. A person may only purchase three tickets from the same pricing campaign; otherwise, Las Vegas Shuttles may cancel all subsequent bookings. This regulation may be waived for special promotions.
Commercial use and, in particular, resale of tickets is not permitted and will be penalized by Las Vegas Shuttles through suspension of tickets and/or claims for damages.
In cases of fraud, attempted deception, or suspected illegal activity related to the purchase, redemption, or transfer of tickets, Las Vegas Shuttles reserves the right to close the corresponding customer account and/or require an alternative payment method and/or cancel the tickets. Las Vegas Shuttles will not honor any claim to validate or redeem the relevant ticket.
- Service Fee
A service fee of 3% of the total ticket price will be applied to your online booking. The fee is charged per order and is intended to cover administrative costs related to your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the service fee will not be refunded. For phone reservations (Customer Service) or those made at one of our agencies and online retailers, additional fees may apply.
- Reservation Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation and Rebooking
Rebooking and Cancellations (e.g., route, departure time, travel date) are only permitted if requested more than 60 minutes before the original departure time.
You may reschedule your trip within the original 90-day validity period and no later. A $5 rescheduling fee will be charged at the time of request. For round-trip tickets, many return trips are already discounted by default. If you request to change a scheduled return trip to open-ended, a price difference will be charged as the ticket is now considered a full-price one-way ticket.
Cancellations can only be made on the Las Vegas Shuttles websites, offices, or through partner agencies and ticket outlets up to 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. A return trip is considered a single booking.
Drivers cannot change or cancel bookings for you.
In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation voucher will be issued. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value. Simply use it for your next trip with Shuttle/Bus Operators by entering it during the booking process. This cancellation voucher is valid for 2 months and entitles the passenger to make a new booking within this period up to the voucher value. If the new booking is more expensive, the difference must be paid. If the price is lower, the difference remains on the cancellation voucher and may be used for a different booking. These terms may change in the case of limited-time promotional offers. More detailed information can be found in the promotion terms and conditions on the website.
For each cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged per trip and per passenger. The amount of the fee depends on the scheduled departure date and the time of cancellation, but the cancellation fee will never exceed the ticket price.
- For cancellations requested at least 14 days (336:00:00 hours) before the departure time, the cancellation is free (0% penalty), and a voucher for 100% of the trip value will be issued to the designated passenger.
- For cancellations requested between 3 days (72:00:00:00 hours) and 13.99 days (335:59:59 hours) before departure time, the cancellation penalty is 10% of the trip value and a voucher for 90% of the trip value will be issued to the designated passenger.
- For cancellations requested between 1 day (24:00:00 hours) and 2.99 days (71:59:59 hours) before departure time, the cancellation penalty is 25% of the trip value and a voucher for 75% of the trip value will be issued to the designated passenger.
- For cancellations requested less than 1 day (23:59:59 hours) before the departure time, the cancellation penalty is 50% of the trip value and a voucher for 50% of the trip value will be issued to the designated passenger.
The cancellation voucher is issued for the trip price minus the cancellation penalty cost. In the case of a passenger name change, the difference must be paid if the fare has increased in the meantime. The phone number can be changed free of charge.
The cancellation periods used to calculate the cancellation fee (section 5.6) are based on the exact time of booking (hh:mm:ss), exact departure time (hh:mm:ss), and exact cancellation time (hh:mm:ss). Each 'day' as described in 5.6 is calculated as 24 hours from the scheduled departure or booking time, not based on calendar days.
Cancellation does not apply if:
- You have already used your ticket in full or in part (including round-trip tickets).
- You have lost your ticket information. We recommend always keeping notes of your ticket number, phone number used for booking, ID, and the date of your outbound trip (if applicable).
- The Shuttle/Bus Operator's trip is delayed by less than 120 minutes (unfortunately, factors like traffic, weather conditions, and mechanical issues mean we cannot guarantee departure or arrival times).
- You have purchased a full-price ticket but are eligible for a discounted ticket (we cannot refund or issue a voucher for the discount—you must request the discount when purchasing the ticket).
- You did not check in 1 hour before your trip departure, did not show up, or were not at your pickup location (if applicable).
If a refund voucher is used for a booking, these cancellation terms and conditions also apply to the new trip.
None of the processing charges, cancellation fees, or transfer fees mentioned above apply if the refund is requested for reasons that are the responsibility of Las Vegas Shuttles. The fare credit, minus any processing or transfer fees, will only be paid exclusively to the account specified by the customer at the time of booking, or to the customer's credit card account if payment was made by credit card.

Las Vegas Shuttles is not a transportation operator or provider. Transportation services are provided by operators, including third-party motor carriers certified by the DOT such as 702 Shuttles and CTI Express (hereinafter referred to as “Shuttle/Bus Operators”). These Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to all purchases made through Las Vegas Shuttles and to the travel provided by the Shuttle/Bus Operators.
If individual provisions within these General Terms and Conditions of Business and Booking become wholly or partially ineffective or invalid, this shall, in principle, not affect the validity of the booking contract as a whole.
Reservations, bookings, and seating onboard Las Vegas Shuttles vehicles operating in interstate, intrastate, or foreign commerce are made without regard to race, color, creed, or national origin. Las Vegas Shuttles reserves the right to deny service to any passenger who does not comply with the requirements outlined in the Traveler Etiquette section.

Video and audio recordings may be reviewed at any time and for any reason by authorized personnel, including a third-party service provider used to provide security or recording services (collectively, “Recording Controllers”). Such recordings may also be made available to law enforcement or other government officials upon proper request. By way of example, and not limitation, Las Vegas Shuttles may refuse to transport or may remove passengers from a shuttle or bus in any of the following situations:
As a travel service and ticketing intermediary, we at Las Vegas Shuttles require and oversee that our affiliated shuttle/bus operators prioritize passenger safety and well-being. This includes, but is not limited to, fatigue, dehydration, pre-existing medical conditions, or the voluntary consumption of beverages or substances that may affect blood pressure or digestion.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring their own health and well-being during the trip and are encouraged to take necessary precautions and consult with a medical professional before boarding. We advise passengers to carry any required medications and inform the driver or staff of any medical condition that may require assistance during the trip.
In the event of a medical emergency during the trip, the shuttle/bus operator's staff will provide necessary medical assistance and attention to the extent of their capabilities. However, no party may be held liable for any consequences or outcomes resulting from the passenger's health condition.
